Guide to Completing Your Profile Page
This will guide you on how to complete your profile page.
Rename any picture first
Before uploading any picture, it is highly recommended (not required though) to rename the file to put keywords in them.
For the profile picture, rename the filename with your business name
For images of your work, rename it with your services, for example
- AC Maintenance Manila.jpg
- Auto Repair Davao.png
- Custom furniture Caloocan.jpg
You can skip renaming the files, but remember if you rename the files with the right keywords, Google will understand the picture and can display your images online!
Also, any image must not be bigger than 1 MB. If uploading and it says it exceeds size, compress your image using this link: https://www.iloveimg.com/compress-image
If you do not compress your images, your page will be slow and the customer might just leave your page.
Now that you have renamed your image files, you can proceed to the rest of the profile.
For Mobile View
Upon Login



Booking Settings – set your available and unavailable schedules. This is useful also if you have a full time job and want to set your regular work days unavailable and set your extra days and hours only as available.
Messaging and Notifications – Find messages and notifications here

Business hours – set your schedule by the day.
Branches/areas serviced – upgraded membership packages can add several cities so you can be included in your chosen cities. You can use this also if, for example, you are based in Manila but will be in Bacolod for several days, you can add your temporary locations here too!
My Services – add your services with pricing
Team Members – For upgraded accounts, if you are a team and want to assign specific jobs to a team member
Upgrade Account – Click to upgrade or renew. For upgraded members, you will receive an email 3 days before renewal

Finally, if you want to see the public view of your profile, click the image on the upper right corner and click “View Profile”

About Me

Contact details
Number: The phone number on your page (mobile or landline) is clickable and opens to WhatsApp if the customer wants to call you, but it must start with 63 if mobile and landline must include 63 + area code (e.g. 63281234567 Manila or 634481234567 if Bulacan, etc)
Email: The email address is also clickable and opens to Outlook so the customer can email you instantly.
Address: The exact address is needed ONLY if the customer goes to you (talyer, computer shop, etc), but if you go to the customer, you can just put the street, barangay, or city.

Categories
You can appear in more categories aside from your Primary Category when you have the Standard, Gold, or Annual Plan; this increases your exposure to more customers:

Gallery Section
Highly recommended to rename the file with keywords (as explained above) so that the images can also show on Google if you change the filenames to search terms or keywords

Attachments, Video URL
You can add your resume or company profile (PDF) and video URL here. If your PDF file is huge, compress it via https://ilovepdf.com or https://smallpdf.com

Branches/Areas Served
Appear in more cities for Standard, Gold, or Annual Plan and multiply your exposure to more customers

Services with Pricing/View Public Profile

Upgrade or Renew Account
- Click on any of the buttons as shown below.
- Once you click any button, a small blue button named “Wire Transfer” will appear below. Select that button.
- Click the green CONTINUE button below it, then you will receive an email to complete the upgrade or renewal.

You will also see a countdown of how many days to renew: you will also receive an email 3 days before your scheduled renewal.
